History

The company was established in 2014 by CESAR ALMOCERA with his eldest daughter KIMBERLY MAE D. ALMOCERA. Having completed and secured the necessary business permit, registration and other documents, it officially commences operations in January of 2015.

The older ALMOCERA, a former Able Seaman and Radio Officer, was previously engaged in recruitment and deployment of seafarers for domestic trading vessels and managing shipping companies mostly organized under partnership and corporations. He is a well-experienced Ship Manager, Operator and Charterer. For more than a decade he was engaged in this business until he was appointed as Operations Manager by local shipping companies. His task is to manage/operate domestic trading tankers.

After teaching his daughter, KIMBERLY, the trick of the trade, he initiated the establishment of a new Ship Management Company, named it after his daughter and allowed her to lead, manage and operate the business.

• Today, the company is currently supplying qualified and properly certificated crew for the tanker M/T Obama and M/T EverGo 1, respectively owned and chartered by WaterMark International Shipping Line, Inc. and EverGo Pacific Shipping Corporation.
